Your next gem is on its way. Here’s how to check your order and follow your shipment.
Find your tracking link
Open your Gemdrop shipping confirmation email and follow the tracking link to see the latest updates available for your shipment. You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation to check your order’s progress.
Can’t find your email? Check your spam or junk folder and search for Gemdrop using the email address you entered at checkout.
View your orders
Sign in to your Gemdrop account to view your orders, then select the order you want to check. You may be asked to verify your details before viewing order information.
Delivery expectations
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Visit our Global Shipping page for delivery information. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans your parcel, so check back if an update is not yet available.
