Discover Gemdrop® lab-grown rubies: genuine crystalline corundum (Al₂O₃) with a trigonal crystal structure, coloured red by chromium incorporated within the crystal lattice. Every ruby is individually tested and scientifically verified here in the UK by our PhD geologist before being offered for sale, then permanently registered in the Gemdrop® Verification Database under its own unique Gemdrop® ID. Every Gemdrop® gem comes with its own permanent Gemdrop® Verification Record, documenting the identity of the individual gem, its physical properties and the tests performed during verification, providing lasting traceability throughout the lifetime of the gem.
