Every Gemdrop® laboratory-grown gem is backed by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.
We are committed to scientific accuracy, transparency, and permanent record keeping. Every gem verified by Gemdrop® is independently assessed, assigned a unique Gemdrop® Identification Code, and permanently recorded within the official Gemdrop® Verification Database.
If a gem issued with a valid Gemdrop® verification record is ever found to have been materially misidentified by Gemdrop® or not to correspond with its published verification record, Gemdrop® will investigate the matter and, where an error is confirmed, will correct the record and provide an appropriate remedy at no cost to the registered owner.
Every verified Gemdrop® gem includes:

What this guarantee covers
This guarantee confirms that, at the time of verification, the gemstone was identified by Gemdrop® as matching the published verification record, including its material identity, laboratory-grown origin (where stated), and recorded gemological characteristics.
What this guarantee does not cover
This guarantee does not cover:
- Physical damage, breakage, scratching, chipping, or normal wear.
- Loss, theft, or accidental destruction.
- Alterations, recutting, treatments, or modifications performed after verification.
- Damage resulting from improper handling or storage.
- Changes resulting from mounting, jewellery manufacture, or repair.
- Any gem whose Gemdrop® ID or verification record has been altered, removed, or fraudulently reproduced.
