Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Every GemDrop® gem is individually inspected, scientifically verified, and securely packaged prior to dispatch by our Scientific Verification Team under the direction of a PhD geologist.

Shipping Methods

All orders are dispatched using fully tracked Royal Mail services.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48
EU: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 4 - 6 Business Days
International: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 7 - 10 Business Days

Tracking details are provided for every shipment once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 0 – 2 business days following verification and quality inspection.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or there is any issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We will work promptly with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the matter.
