Products

We sell lab-grown (synthetic) gemstones. We do not sell mined gems.

• All descriptions are provided in good faith

• Each gemstone is identified using gemological testing methods

• Natural origin is not implied unless explicitly stated

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received

• Prices are shown in [GBP] unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g. stock errors, pricing mistakes)

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

• Risk transfers to you once the item is delivered

• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address

Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery (see Returns Policy).

Lifetime Warranty

Every GemDrop gemstone is guaranteed for life against:

• misidentification

• material inconsistency

If a gemstone is found not to match its stated identity, we will:

• refund, replace, or resolve the issue

This guarantee:

• applies to authenticity only

• does not cover damage, wear, loss, or third-party alterations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item

• Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
